Call for Contributions: BUA Grand Challenges Conference 2026
March 23–25, 2026 | Berlin, Germany

The Berlin University Alliance invites researchers to contribute to its first Grand Challenges Conference under the theme “Joint Research for Better Futures.” The event brings together scholars from across disciplines and institutions to explore innovative, collaborative approaches to today’s most pressing societal challenges.

The conference welcomes submissions in the following areas:

• Addressing Grand Challenges
• Social Cohesion
• Global Health
• Responsible Innovation
• Climate & Water under Change
• Quantum Technologies

Researchers are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations that highlight collaborative, cross-disciplinary approaches and new insights that can support more inclusive and sustainable futures.
