This workshop supports postdocs in advancing their current writing projects. Through focused sessions, practical strategies, and peer exchange, participants gain momentum and motivation for successful academic writing.

Over two days, the workshop combines productive writing sessions with on-the-spot coaching, and offers insights into the essentials of peer review as well as practical techniques for time management and motivation. Participants will engage in group work and guided reflection, supported by a pre-workshop questionnaire to tailor the content to their individual needs.
