This workshop focuses on the fundamental ideas and values that underpin participants' teaching practices, and explores how an awareness of these foundations can enhance teaching design and delivery. Using the innovative LEGO® Serious Play®  method, this workshop aims to facilitate a productive reflective process. Through guided individual and collaborative exercises, participants will reflect on the personal significance of being an educator and how these insights can inform improvements in their teaching practices in a personally meaningful way. Led by a certified Serious Play® facilitator, this interactive session is structured to accommodate all levels of experience with LEGO® Serious Play® and LEGO® building. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained valuable insights into the core ideas and values that drive their teaching practices. This workshop is appropriate for educators at all experience levels, from those who are just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals with decades of experience.
