The Berlin Postdoc Day (PDD25) is back this year! Despite the name, the event warmly welcomes not only Postdocs but also late-stage PhD students who are interested in exploring future career opportunities and networking with peers across disciplines.
PDD25 will take place on November 6th and 7th, 2025 at the Humboldt Graduate School, Luisenstraße 56, 10117 Berlin.

What can you look forward to?

The first day will feature inspiring keynote talks from academic and industry experts, a poster session, and networking events aimed at fostering interdisciplinary exchange. The second day is dedicated to workshops that support professional development in areas such as science communication, career planning, and emerging research tools.
Moreover, there will be a career fair, where a wide range of companies and organizations will set up booths. This provides an excellent opportunity for participants to connect with industry professionals and explore potential career opportunities.

Call for Abstracts

Abstract submissions are encouraged for the chance to present your research during the poster session. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain visibility, share your work, and receive valuable feedback from your peers and senior researchers. Poster prizes will also be awarded!

There is no fixed deadline, but due to limited space, registration will close once we reach capacity. Additional registrants may be placed on a waiting list, so we recommend signing up early to secure your spot!
