We are pleased to welcome Federico Herrero Hervás, PhD student from the Complutense University of Madrid and Universitaet Paderborn, to our Department for a research stay. Federico’s project focuses on nonlinear parabolic partial differential equations, particularly Keller–Segel models and nonlinear diffusion, with a strong interest in existence, asymptotics, and numerical methods. During his stay, he will learn about pharmacometrics and contribute to a PK/PD model for model-informed clinical decision making in high-dose methotrexate therapy. A warm welcome, Federico!
