Carla Kirschbaum was awarded with the prestigious Marthe-Vogt price for her outstanding work on shining (infrared) light onto the complex molecular space of lipids during her PhD. The price is presented by the Leibniz-Gemeinschaft for exceptional PhD theses of young female researchers and is highly remunerated with a price money of 3000 €.
