First IR data measured on Cold Photosynapt
Last week, the first IR data of the peptide leucine-enkephalin has been measured on a modified Waters Synapt G2-Si for gas-phase tagging spectroscopy, establishing the first proof-of-concept. Stay tuned for more spectra to come!

The Cold Photosynapt is a collaborative research project between Isospec Analytics SA, MSVision, and Pagel group to establish a gas-phase tagging spectroscopy instrument on a commercial Waters Synapt G2-Si platform. The below spectrum shows the OH stretching region of the peptide leucine-enkephalin, providing the first proof-of-concept data. Stay tuned for more spectra in the future!
