Augmented Reality
Augmented Reality for Teaching
The use of augmented reality in teaching helps to display 3D models of chemical structures on smartphones or the internet browser.
Example for the representation of a crystal structure using a smartphone and the "MERGE Cube":

Currently the database is restricted to elemental allotropes and the most important aristotypes of structural chemistry, but is continuously expanded towards symmetry depiction, orbital representation, stereochemistry and biochemical models.
