We are a group of motivated, committed, funny people... and quite nice :-)

We are the ear and voice for the students of chemistry. In case of student problems and questions, we act as possible contact persons for you, representing your interests.

We are active in university politics and the academic self-government to ensure student participation. We represent the chemistry students in various committees at the FU, for example in the Institute's Council, the Department's Council, the Examination Board, and the Student's Parliament.

Additionally, every semester, we organize the Enrollment Event jointly with the Office of Academic Affairs and the Student Counselling for you, the First-Years.

We organize and conduct several events throughout the semester, e.g. the Semester Kick-Off Party or the Kegga, as well as the Glühwein night with karaoke, and much more...

And occasionally, we drink one or two (or more) beers :-)

Ideally, the Student Association's meetings take place regularly every two or four weeks.

We usually meet in the Student Association's Office (Takustraße 3, room 14.07) or sometimes in the OC-Café.

Then simply come to the Open Student Assocation's meeting during the Enrollment Event, or check our Website or our Instagram account for the date of the next meeting. You are always cordially invited!
