International Microdialysis Symposium 2022
Microdialysis Students’ Day – dedicated to Prof. Dr. Hartmut Derendorf :
On 23 November 2021 from 15:00 – 19:00 CET, an online Microdialysis Student's Day will be held in commemoration of Prof. Dr. Hartmut Derendorf. On this day, PhD students and young scientists shall have the opportunity to present their work and get feedback from the international microdialysis community. The meeting details and abstract template can be obtained by simple request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The abstract submission deadline is 01 October 2021. The program will consist of a plenary introduction talk commemorating Prof. Dr. Derendorf followed by talks by students selected based on the submitted abstracts.
Due to the continuously uncertain situation due to COVID-19, the organising committee has decided to postpone the 9th International Microdialysis Symposium to 07 - 09 September 2022.
We are confident that we will be able to welcome all of you to an equally productive meeting in 2022 and remain in anticipation of stimulating scientific talks, fruitful discussions and time and space to create future collaborations.
The registration website is paused until closer to the new date. All colleagues who have already registered will be reimbursed.
Welcome to the website of the 9th International Microdialysis Symposium 2022 – Development, Integration, Translation which will take place in Berlin, Germany, on 07 - 09 September 2022. This Symposium follows on the successful 8th Symposium in Uppsala, Sweden.
We welcome scientists from academia, industry and regulatory agencies for integrated discussions and exchange of experiences concerning microdialysis with focus on emerging hot topics in the
(i) development and application of the microdialysis technique and
(ii) integration and translation of microdialysis data from in vitro to in vivo extrapolation and from pre-clinical species to human. In this context, the impact of modelling & simulation shall also be emphasised.
The Symposium starts after lunch on 07 September and closes at lunchtime on 09 September. Before the symposium there's the opportunity to attend a pre-conference course. The Symposium Organising Committee would like to warmly welcome you to Berlin in September 2022!
