We are pleased to welcome Dr. Lilian Szych as a new member of our group. She did her doctorate in the working group of Prof. Dr. Axel Schulz in Rostock on the activation of small molecules with weakly coordinating, phosphorus-based ion pairs. This was followed by a postdoc at the TU Braunschweig. With a Leopoldina postdoctoral fellowship, Lilian continued her research on the activation of small molecules with main group elements at the University of Oxford. She will now focus on the synthesis and coordination chemistry of low-coordinate arsenic compounds. We are looking forward to an intersting and fruitful collaboration!
