M.Sc. Hailan He
Hailan received her Bachelor and Master's degree from Guangxi Medical University, China. She worked as a pediatrician for four years before she started her PhD study in Xiangya Hospital of the Central South University, China. After two years of PhD work she joined the group of Tobias Stauber as a joint PhD student, funded by a stipend from the CSC, in October 2019. She investigates the pathogenesis of neurological defects linekd to endosomal / lysosomal ion homoestasis in a mouse model using histological, cell biological, biophysical and biochemical means.
