Research topics

Dr. Matthew Mayer leads the research group "Electrochemical Conversion" at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie. The group focuses primarily on the study of electrochemical methods for capture and conversion of carbon dioxide. (scope: physical chemistry, spectroscopy, analytical chemistry, materials science, inorganic chemistry)
