Forschungsmodule im Masterstudiengang Biochemie

Research Project

According to § 7 SPO students must complete three graded internships, each worth 15 credits. Ungraded projects (5 or 10 credits) are by choice. Each research module must be registered four weeks in advance, regardless of whether it is to be completed internally or externally, graded or ungraded.

Before a research project can be started, approval must be obtained from the Examination Board.

Please submit the completed application form to the Examinations Office. If the research project is rejected or other questions arise, we will contact you by e-mail. Otherwise, we will register the research module for you in Campus Management.

Application / registration for an ungraded research module 15 LP

Application / registration for a graded research module 5/10 LP

Important: When registering for research projects, only persons authorized to conduct examinations are admitted as supervisors/examiners; these are usually professors (Prof.) or private lecturers (PD). Please bear this in mind when looking for a supervisor for your research projects, as otherwise the examination board may reject your research project application. Please note the information on the last page of the application form. The same applies to the Master's thesis.

Please note the guidelines for active participation and possible examination for the research projects. The report must be signed by the supervisor and sent to the examination office by e-mail as a PDF file before the proof of performance, otherwise it cannot be accepted. The supervisor can also send all documents together. The proof of permance and the protocol of the examination must be submitted by the examiners and not by the students.
