Transitional arrangement for MSc students who enrolled before the 2025/26 winter semester

All students enrolled from the 2025/26 winter term onwards must attend 12 sessions over the first three semesters. This averages out to 4 sessions per semester.

Students who enrolled before the 2025/26 winter semester must attend 4 sessions per semester until the semester in which the research project takes place.

Example:

Student A is in their third semester (first enrolled in the 2024/25 winter term) and registers for their research project in the 2025/26 winter term. They must therefore provide proof of 4 extracurricular appointments via a tracking sheet.

Student B is in her fourth semester (first enrolled in the 2024/25 winter term) and would like to take her research project in the 2025/26 summer term. She must therefore provide proof of 8 appointments.

Student C is in their fifth semester (first enrolled in the 2023/24 winter term) and would like to register for their research project in the 25/26 winter term. They must provide evidence of 4 appointments.

Student D is in her fifth semester (first enrolled in the 2024/25 winter term) and would like to register for her research project in the 2026/27 winter term. She must provide proof of 12 appointments, as she will have studied for 3 semesters since the 2025/26 winter term by the time she registers for the research project.
