Marla Dubau has published her work on the development of an immunocompetent skin model in the Journal of Tissue Engineering. The basis for this skin model are keratinocytes, fibroblasts and dendritic cells differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells. These skin models will be used to assess the skin-sensitizing potential of substances.
