Elucidation of enantioselectivity in Propranolol metabolism. Using metabolism models like transfected yeasts, and isolated enzymes. Also, human urine samples are analysed. Techniques we use for this project are mainly SFC-MS/MS, LC-QTOF, and 2D-LC-MS/MS.
