Info Desk

An info desk will be open during the lectures and the breaks in between. The team there will be happy to help you with any practical questions or issues that come up.

WiFi Access

Eduroam is available across the campus. If you don’t have eduroam, you can connect to the WiFi network “Conference” in the building. Just stop by the info desk to get the password.

Speakers

You’re welcome to either bring your own laptop or share your talk with us as a PDF (on a USB stick or by email to the set-up team). Our team will be around during the coffee breaks and will be happy to help you get everything ready. To keep things running smoothly, please use a coffee break before your talk to test your setup.

Poster presenters

Your poster number is given in the conference program. The format is "Day Number" (e.g. "Mon 22"). On the poster wall, only the number is shown (the day is not included). Mount your poster on the poster wall labeled with your number. Pins are provided at the poster wall. You can put up your poster on the day of your poster session, starting from 12.30 pm. Please remove your poster on the following day by 11 am (end of the coffee break).
