Deadline

• June 15, 2025: Early bird registration deadline.
• July 15, 2025: Contributed talk submission deadline.
• August 15, 2025: Poster submission deadline. 
• August 15, 2025: Final registration deadline.

Poster submissions are processed in the order they arrive. Each abstract undergoes a brief review to ensure scientific content, after which confirmation emails will be sent out in batches.

Notifications for contributed talks will be sent by 8 August 2025. If a talk cannot be accommodated, it will automatically be accepted as a poster.

Registration & Contribution Submission

Please follow the steps below to participate in the conference and submit your contribution. Both registration and contribution submission can be completed using the same link. You can register now and submit your contribution at a later time.

1. Access the Registration Portal

Click on the registration link: https://www.conftool.net/stc2025

2. Create an Account

• Fill in the required information to register.
• Check your email for a confirmation message and verify your account.
• Remember your login credentials for future access.

3. Log In

• Return to the registration portal.
• Enter your credentials to log in.

4. Submit Your Contribution

• Navigate to the "Submission" section.
• Select a submission type (Contributed Talk or Poster).
• Fill in the required information. Note: An abstract is not required for poster submissions.  
• Review your submission and confirm.
• After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: To be eligible for a contributed talk, you must be registered by 15 July 2025. 

5. Childcare services

Childcare services are not organized through the registration portal. If you require childcare, please email us (stc2025@bpc.fu-berlin.de) by June 15, 2025, with details about your child (age, required days/times).
