The meeting will take place next to the Werbellinsee, a lake north of Berlin, Germany.

Please be advised that accommodation will either be in single rooms or shared rooms. During the registration process, you will have the option of indicating your preference for a room mate.

TRAVEL

Arrival at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER):

We have arranged two shuttle buses to transport participants from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) to the workshop venue. One bus will depart at 10 am and the other at 1 pm. The journey from BER airport to the workshop venue takes 90 minutes. Should the timing of the buses not work for you, there is also a train station at the airport, called "Flughafen BER - Terminals 1-2".

Arrival by train:

We have arranged three shuttle buses from Eberswalde Central Station to the workshop venue. Eberswalde Central Station is located north of Berlin. There is a direct connection from Berlin Central Station to Eberswalde Central Station by regional train (RE 3), which takes about 40 minutes.

Three shuttle buses will depart from Eberswalde Central Station at 1:15 pm, 2:45 pm and 4:15 pm. The journey to the workshop venue takes around 30 minutes.

All shuttle buses are provided free of charge.

Transport will be available on the morning of the 19th September from the venue back to Eberswalde Central Station only. There will not be any shuttle buses to the airport on the 19th.
