The module we will provide you an overview over plant bioinformatic resources in a research-based manner. Special attention will be given to comparative genome and transcriptome analysis. All examples will be taken from group projects. We expect you to have a good background on plant physiology, plant genetics and molecular biology. Programming skills are not required.
