Looking for career options after your doctorate? And not sure what is “out there”? With the series "Career Perspectives with a PhD in Natural and Life Sciences", we would like to offer an opportunity for interactive and informal exchange about career-related topics.
On Thursday, February 12, we welcome Dr. Luiza Bengtsson, a biochemist and science communicator who works as head of Museum & Society at the Botanical Garden Berlin.

Gerade für Doktorand*innen/Postdocs, die sich vorstellen können, später in einem Start-up zu arbeiten bzw. selbst zu gründen, ist diese Veranstaltung interessant. Die Teilnahme ist für alle Studierenden, Doktorand*innen und Postdocs aus dem Bereich BCP der FU ohne Anmeldung möglich.

Das Präsidium der Freien Universität Berlin möchte ein Zeichen setzen und einmal jährlich Wissenschaftler*innen unserer Hochschule würdigen, die sich in besonderer Weise um die wissenschaftliche Integrität verdient gemacht haben. Alle Bereiche der guten wissenschaftlichen Praxis kommen dabei in Frage, etwa innovative Ansätze beim Forschungsdatenmanagement, neue Methoden zur Steigerung von Validität und Reliabilität oder bedeutende Beiträge zur Forschungsethik. Gewürdigt werden können u.a. besondere Leistungen in der Lehre, herausragende Transfer- bzw. Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie forschungsbezogene Ansätze, die neue Maßstäbe setzen.
