Right to improve grades and withdrawal of modules
You have the right to improve your grade for all modules that are regulated in the Chemistry degree program regulations. The prerequisite for this is attendance at the first possible examination date and the subsequent resit date to improve your grade. The better grade is assessed in each case. “First possible” here refers to the examination date that takes place in the semester in which the module was registered.
This regulation cannot be circumvented by submitting a sick leave or by de-registering and re-registering for the module.
It is also not possible to withdraw from modules for other reasons. Modules that have not been taken, as well as repeat examinations, will not be issued on the final documents.
