Transcript of Records/Zeugnis und Confirmation of Stay/Attendance Certificate
You will receive your Confirmation of Stay from the central Incoming Team (incoming@fu-berlin.de).
Please request your Transcrip of Records from the appropriate contact person via e-mail:
- Biology: incoming@fu-berlin.de
- Biochemistry: incoming@fu-berlin.de
- Chemistry: pruefungsbuero@chemie.fu-berlin.de
- Pharmacy: pruefungsbuero@pharmazie.fu-berlin.de
Please use the application form. The transcript can only be issued once all credits and grades have been entered into Campus Management or are available in the form of a certificate of achievement. Processing takes approximatelyProcessing takes approximately two weeks.
The Transcripts of Records for the study programs Biology and Biochemistry are issued by the central Incoming Team. You will receive an email from the Incoming Team (from incoming@fu-berlin.de) explaining all the steps you need to take to request your transcript of records.

- Stay ends with the summer term: You will receive an email by 15 July
