Dear Adjunct Lecturers,

For the payment of your teaching assignment remuneration, it is essential that the form “Payment Request for Teaching Assignment Remuneration” (in German) is completed in full.

Please note in particular:

• Each day, including the corresponding number of hours, must be listed individually.
• The IBAN must be entered correctly.
• Your date of birth and tax identification number are required for reporting to the tax authorities.
• All required signatures must be provided. These include:
  • your own signature,
  • the signature of the course or lab supervisor, and
  • the signature of a staff member from the Student Office:
    • for Biology: Dr. Vanessa Zacher
    • for Chemistry and Biochemistry: Björn Kleier
    • for Pharmacy: Dr. Ursula Brümmer

Dr. Zacher, Mr. Kleier, and Dr. Brümmer may, if necessary, forward fully completed forms directly to Ms. Jäger. Otherwise, please send the completed form to Ms. Jäger yourself.
