Welcome on the pages of the Optical Microscopy (OM) core unit of the Core Facility BioSupraMol (BSM), Department Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy (BCP), Freie Universität Berlin (FUB). The OM core unit is situated in the SupraFAB building Altensteinstr. 23a (14195 Berlin) with satellite locations in the department's institutes Takustr. 6, Thielallee 62, and Königin-Luise-Str. 12‑16. The multi-user facility is open to scientists and students of the BCP and the Physics department as well as academic and non-academic guests from FUB and external research institutions. The OM core unit is embedded in the S2 BioLabs core unit of the SupraFAB (BioLabS) equipped for a broad range of methods and techniques in the field of optical microscopy and research at biointerfaces. For individual support regarding inquiries about the OM core unit, please contact the OM core unit team.
