How to Reserve a Room in the Chemistry Buildings

  1. Search for a suitable lecture hall or seminar room in the overview (see below).
  2. Click on room names to check in the Evento room allocation system whether the room is still available on your desired date.
  3. If so, send an e-mail to the appropriate of the three e-mail function addresses listed below to reserve the room.
  4. You will receive a response by e-mail.

Please add this information to your e-mail:

  • Room number and address
  • Date, weekday, time of day, if applicable: semester or teaching activity duration
  • Number of participants, lecturer and working group
  • Purpose or number of class
  • Your name und position at the Freie Universität Berlin

Room Occupancy under Pandemic Conditions

At the moment, the minimum distance of 1.5 meters can be undercut if hygiene rules are observed. The risk assessments with regard to maximum room occupancy are currently suspended (as of 22.9.21).
