Getting here by Train

Trains from the south (e.g. Munich, Leipzig) and the north (e.g. Hamburg, Rostock):

We recommend to use Berlin-Südkreuz as the arrival station. From here you can use the S-Bahn ring to Heidelberger Platz and change to U3 (to Dahlem-Dorf for conference location and Seminaris Hotel or to Hohenzollernplatz for Park Inn). Or you use the ring to Schöneberg and change to S1 to Rathaus Steglitz (Best Western) or Lichterfelde West (Residenz 2000).

Trains from the West (e.g. Bonn, Cologne, Bielefeld, Göttingen, Hannover)

These trains do not stop at Berlin-Südkreuz and it is better to exit at Berlin-Hauptbahnhof. At Hauptbahnhof, take any of the S-Bahn lines going east (upper level) to Friedrichstraße, where you change to the S1. Along S1 you will find Rathaus Steglitz (Best Western), Botanischer Garten (conference location) and Lichterfelde West (Residenz 2000).

For the Park Inn, take the opposite direction of the S-Bahn at main train station to Berlin Zoologischer Garten, where you change to U9 to Spichernstraße. You have to change a second time to U3 to Hohenzollernplatz.

Getting here by Car

From the south and the west, the easiest way is to get into Berlin through the Berliner Ring and A115. Leave A115 at Kreuz Zehlendorf and follow Potsdamer Chaussee, Potsdamer Straße and Berliner Straße to Habelschwerdter Allee (Residenz 2000), Fabeckstraße (conference location and Seminaris) or to Schlossstraße (Steglitz International).

For the Park Inn, stay on A115 and follow the signs to Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf. Leave the highway at Hohenzollerndamm and turn left. Follow Hohenzollerndamm to Emser Straße.
