My research interest lies in the acoustic communication in grasshoppers and crickets. What are the computational principles underlying the processing of auditory information? To answer this question, I apply machine learning techniques to analyse behavioral and electrophysiological data.
I collaborate with the Behavioral Physiology Group, Institute for Biology, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
